Diagnosis of Lofgren Syndrome in Primary Care. Presentation of a clinical case

Abstract

Löfgren's syndrome is a phenotype different from sarcoidosis and presents acutely in young people with erythema nodosum, asymptomatic lung involvement with pathological chest X-ray, fever and migratory polyarthritis. Primary care has the tools to make a diagnosis, which are still a good physical examination and differential diagnosis.
