Abstract

Aunque inicialmente los iSGLT2 fueron aprobados para el tratamiento de la hiperglucemia en pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo 2 (DM2), se comprobaron, a través de numerosos estudios sus efectos beneficiosos cardiovasculares en pacientes con y sin DM2.
